I leave you with the reflective words of the first lady, Mrs Rebecca Akuffo Addo: " The cry of a healthy new-born baby pierces the air. The smile of a mother radiates happiness, gratitude and wonder. This is a picture we are all familiar with. But this is a picture that eludes or very quickly fades for some families in our dear Ghana "

Together, let us join fight a worthy cause to ameliorate the sad spectacle that greets some families everyday. Together, let's help build and or expand more maternal  health units /facilities across the length and breadth of this country. It is only when this is done that we can hope to reap the future glory of the otherwise doctors, lawyers, presidents, pharmacists, engineers and what have you.
We all owe it a shared responsibility to make this world a better place. Let us make it happen! God bless you as you join this fight..
