History
History Solidage Africa Foundation
After several years of conceiving this great vision, he came into contact with Great Commission Movement of Ghana in 2009 and started attending international conferences with the commission on leadership and Africa Unity. These conferences have really facilitated this childhood idea of Mr. Zoiku Felix Kwame to grow faster. This is because most teachings at these conferences focus on leadership in Africa and how Africa is rich in natural resources but poor. As we always claim that we are rich in natural resources but the question one may ask is that, if we are truly rich then why are children suffering from malnourishment, why is it that majority of our youths are jobless, why are people suffering from all kinds of sickness without money to take care of their hospital bills, why are we not developing as a continent?
We also know that Africa has good cultural and moral values which we always talk about but why do we have tribal wars and conflicts dominating the continent? All these issues raise a concern to us as good citizens of this great continent as well as Solidage Africa Foundation (SAF).
In May 2016, Mr. Zoiku Felix Kwame shared this idea with a good friend, Mr. Divine Kofi Pekyi in Ghana and Anguh George Fon from Cameroon who seems to share the same vision for Africa. In June 2016, the foundation was finally founded by Mr. Zoiku Felix Kwame and the two other friends. This foundation was formed with the aim of making lives better for both rural and urban settings in the areas of education, health, entrepreneurship, leadership, environment, agriculture and so on.
Solidage Africa Foundation was established with strategic plans in place to undertake various researches across diverse fields of interest to develop programmes and implement programmes under careful supervision and guidance of the advisory board in other to bring development to the continent through various rural community base projects to end hunger, reduce poverty, reduce water and sanitation problems, support various health programs to save lives, resolve conflict, educate children, shape the future of the youth and give them hope and also improve the economy across Africa.
We believe to lay a strong foundation for both present and future generations and remain dedicated to fulfilling our mandate and providing the necessary help and support to make our dear mother Africa, a better place for all.
As a foundation, we will remain open and transparent to all donors, partners and the entire public and also will make copies of our annual reports on state of affairs of Solidage Africa Foundation (SAF) including income and expenditure available on our website.

we are Solidage Africa Foundation
We aim at transforming our rural communities across Africa by partnering with other organizations or institutions to support educational needs for children whose parents cannot afford it, organizing medical outreaches in remote areas where it is difficult to have access to health facility, creating a small scale business for the youth by organizing practical entrepreneurship training programs for less privileged and unemployed in our communities, engaging youth in Agriculture and supporting the poor hard working farmers with the necessary tools and logistics, engaging in peace campaign program to foster peace and resolve conflicts, raising visionary leaders across the continent by organizing leadership seminars and conferences for our youth and young African leaders and also protecting our environment from degradation and pollution on the continent.
All these areas above are grouped into three (3) categories.
- (a) HEALTH
The following are the main activities under health category:
- Biomedical researches, Health Outreaches and sensitization programs.
- Addressing environmental health issues.
- Addressing Water and sanitation issues in rural communities.
- (b) EDUCATION
The following are the various activities under education category:
- Educational Support programs for less privileged in the society.
- Support for schools in the rural communities.
- Motivational programs for teachers in the rural communities.
- Leadership conferences and training programs for the youths.
- Peace campaign program to bridge tribal differences to foster unity.
- (c) ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
The following are the various activities under entrepreneurship and business development:
- Small scale business training program for the youth.
- Supporting startup businesses.
- Agro business. Eg engaging youth in agriculture
Our Objectives
- To partner with various research institutions and undertake biomedical researches and promote health educations on neglected tropical diseases and other disease conditions in Africa.
- To help promote healthy environment and tackle the issues of water sanitation problems through the partnership of Government and other charity organizations across Africa.
- To support educational needs for less privileged in rural communities and also provide basic needs for schools in very remote areas across Africa through the foundation educational support fund.
- To organize leadership programs for the youth and others in leadership positions to enhance their leadership skills and promote good governance in Africa.
- To develop intertribal peace programs which will help bridge tribal differences and foster peace on the continent.
- To partner with government and other international organizations in pursuing developmental and economic projects which are community base to improve lives across Africa.
- To engage the youth in establishment of small scale businesses including Agro-businesses, giving them all kinds of entrepreneurial skill and trainings.
